The use of Black Seed Miracle Oil dates back to about 3300 years ago, and is highly regarded as a natural remedy. BLACKMORES® Ultra Refined Black Seed Oil is made from pure Black Seed Oil, extracted through a cold pressed process to ensure nutrients remain intact, and in its most natural state.

It is a duo usage product that can be ingested orally, with plant-based Black Seed Oil traditionally used to reduce likelihood of inflammation or can also be used topically on the skin to manage skin discomforts.

Dosage

For oral use: Adults - Take 2 capsules once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with Food.

For topical use: Maximum of 2 capsules a day.

Adults: Pierce 1 capsule with scissors and apply the contents to the concerned skin area(s). Apply the oil directly on skin or mix the oil with your beauty skin care regime. Do not use on damage or broken skin. If you have sensitive skin, test this product on a small area of skin before applying it to a large area; if irritation develops, stop use. Avoid contact with eyes and damaged skin.
