As your running partner we’ve got you covered - from stretching to nutrition we’re here to help you smash your running goals.

Our training programs have been created by Runlab founder and one of Australia’s leading distance runners, Vlad Shatrov. Vlad’s program will help get you fit and maximise your training potential in preparation for race day.

We’ll also send you weekly training tips to keep you firing to the finish line. 

Training begins for the Blackmores Sydney Marathon and Half Marathon on the 30th May 2022, with the 10km Blackmores Bridge Run kicking off in July.
